You need have to recruit the right hero from the Hermit House on the Resources Tab of TKO game. The heros are not available every day. If you are keep looking every day you can spot them. You will need certain “Flags” to abe able to challenge the hero. You can gain those flags from the Quests Page – Hermit’s Quests.

Looks to me like you are another three kingdom online maniac. LOL.  I am a fan too though not maniac. I understand how tough it is to gather resources in the begining. So every little quest and every ounce of resources matters.

In the daily quests 3Kingdoms Quizes gives you an opportunity to learn and earn as well. So I am compiling some questions for you in the hope that it will help your game. Hey guys, you know about my addiction to online MMORPG games. I have played Travian for some time and now I am in KoramGame – Three Kingdoms. Recently there was a very interesting development on TKO. The Ultimate Server – U1. Let me brief you about such servers and the interest of Koramgame behind it. I have some tips for non Ultimate Server players who might be facing a server merger soon.

What are Ultimate Servers?

Ultimate servers are mergers of accounts of more than two servers. We normally have servers like S1, S2, S3…S30, S31…so on. Ultimate Servers are denoted U1, U2 and the like. For instance in the first ever Ultimate Server on TKO, they merged S5, S8 and S9 to form U1. After the mergers the old servers were deleted.

Why do we need the Ultimate Servers?

Very good question. As a player, NO, we don’t need them. We were happy plundering and ruling our servers. But then again there were players and leagues ranking 2^nd and 3^rd who were being grounded by the top league and alliances. Such a situation is referred to as dead servers. Wheer the top leagues and alliance is way too much powerful and has no challenge form rest of the server. On the new server the other teams have a chance of regrouping and fighting back with help from teams of other servers in similar situation.

KoramGame has its own vested interest in creating ultimate servers.

1. Save operation costs.
   with one server U1 they now don’t have to run other three servers s5,s8,s9. No need to administer the sites and heed to player complaints.
2. More gold sale
   when the servers are dead then people stop buying gold as there is very less competition. But with merged servers people starts competing again and hence buy more gold. That is what keeps them profitable.

Some FAQs regarding Ultimate Servers?
1. Will I Hold my capital and county cities in the new server?
Yes you will. But thy will change into special cities. The recruitment Bonus and speed bonus if any will be lost. The upgrades on the armies will remain. All other conditions hold. One major point that you may not like is that … if the attacker takes the city successfully then the city will vanish. There will be additional counties and capitals to takeover in the new server.

2.what if I have one account on each server?
You retain all three of them but you have to be careful with them.

This post will address your owes about taking Counties in Three Kingdom online strategy game. Counties are special cities that have very high resources output and a huge troops capacity. I know you want to have one of them. I just did and it is darn useful.

What are counties and What do I get out of it?

The Blue ones are counties with around 1100-1200 population. They have fully upgraded buildings. These are packed with granaries and ware houses. You cannot trade from these cities. But you can send resources form other cities to this one. Barrack and Stable are level 20 so you can churn out troops fast. Plus, you get 4500 of each resource per hour. 5500 or so food.

Can anyone take away my county?

Yeah they can. Your County or Capital does not count as a permanent city like your cities. So it does not reflect on your rankings as well. Nor does it eat up your culture points required to take the capital. You probably need to defeat the standing army to win over the county form another player.

Who Guards the Counties?

The system guards it. There is a force of 15,000 troops to defend the city. 10000 swordsmen and 5000 heavy infantry of wei type. So be prepared before you plan to take it. Nothing less than 10,000 troops will bring it down. If you don’t have so many troops then you might need to seek help form you friends or league. For example the county I took recently with my friends needed 12 players sending between 1000 to 2000 troops each.

It can be effectively be achieved with 3-4 players sending a force of 3000 to 4000 each. The more the cavalry you send the better. There are theories that 3000 cavalry (Imperial Guards, Quing Cavalary or similar) can do it alone.

Capital Cities appear purple. See the image below. They have got 30,000 defenders in there. I have no idea what are the benefits. There will be more resources I guess. Will let you know when we do take one on s9 server.

Ok guys..Now this takes my obsession to new heights.  I have started writing posts for the MMORPG game. I hope it will help those thousands of people who are interested in the Game. This article will be addressing you defense problems. I will tell you what to do when you are under attack from a stronger or regular army. There are three ways of doing it.  1. Defend with power 2. Dodge the Attack 3. Collaborative Defense

Defending with Power

Go for this option if you expect your attacker to be having lesser no of troops than your own. Upgrade your walls to maximum levels as you can. Use your soldiers Armour from armoursmith. If you have archers put them in towers. You tower wil be on you wall. Click the tower and use enter-all option. All the archers will move into it. Now their attack parameters equal defense parameters. If you can pack your wall with as many rocks, logs and barricades as you can. Traps and Blinds are very useful as well. Your traps further improve your archers defense.

Dodging the Attack

If you are not ready to face the attack it is good to dodge the attack. All you need to do is send the troops away to get resources from raiding other cities. Else you can send them on faction quests. If you have a small army just recovering from attacks put your troops in bunkers. This way they will be safe from attacks. Make sure you use up all your resources or make many hidden ware houses to save your resources from attackers. While you are in dodge mode do not rebuild your wall devices if there are continuous attacks. Only when you are ready to face the enemy build the defense devices on the wall.

Collaborative Defense

This is by far the best tactic. Talk to your friends and gather a large army to face the attacker. If you have a big support then your losses will me minimum and the attacker will be badly hurt.  Here your friendly members will have to defend one city. Many players do a mistake while supporting and end up killing their own people. So be careful while supporting a friend. Use the support option from command center. See the image below. When a large no of troops are defending a city we need to take care of the food requirements too. So the defending members should send some grain regularly to sustain the troops. Contact the defender to see how much grain he can take. They might grow waste when the granary is full. Scouting Defense Keep some scouts ready. So that the attackers does not get a prior information about your troops and supporting forces.

Here is another post dedicated to addicted players of TKO. If you have decided to clear that guarded space around your city then I know you are an attacking player. I have been the part of a massive league on S9 and right now we are all obsessed with 15Cs and 9Cs.  So I thought I will put up a post about successfully choosing a guarded spot and clearing it with minimal loss.

What is a 15C or 9C?

Very valid question. We call them a 15 cropper of a 9 cropper. Those who are serious about the game and want to do some serious fighting need gigantic armies.TKO is unlike most online games, and requires a you to develop a specific strategy in order to succeed. The type of games you encounter on a site like http://www.partycasino.com/ might simply require you to develop your skills and techniques as an individual player in order to win a game or tournament. However, when playing TKO, you will need to have significant game resources, such as large army troops, in order to achieve the results that you need. Those who are keen to reach their TKO potential will want to follow certain strategy techniques regarding the development of their troops. A normal city even if it’s your capital cannot support more than 10k troops normally. A normal city only has 6 crop fields. If it’s not you capital then you cannot extend them beyond level 10. So you can support a limited no of troops only.

But a 15c has 15 crop fields and a 9c has 9 crop fields. So you can support much larger armies at these cities. (plz note that the number of other resources fields  will decrease as well)

Choosing the most suitable 15c in TKO

You will know about oasis and how to conquer an oasis. You would also know about different types of oasis in ‘Three Kingdoms’ MMORPG. Some oases give you 50% more crop production. So having three oases with 50% crop boost in the 7*7 area around your 15C is the best choice. You can 150% more troops with three oases in control. Plus if you make this your capital you can extend resource fields beyond level 10. This is the ultimate hammer one can think of. Your heroes can boost production still further.

How to conquer the guarded space?

Initially the guarded space is occupied by a force controlled by the system. That is why we call them guarded space. Normally a 9C has 300 troops guarding it and a 15c has 800 troops guarding it. These are Wei troops have the following defense statistics.

Here  are three actual reports  from players who attacked 15Cs and 9Cs. You  will have an idea how large an army will effectively neutralize 800 guards of 15C.

I have been engrossed with this online browser based game for some time now.  Actually it is taking up a huge part of my time but its an addiction I cant get over soon. LOL.

Till then if you are one like me and would like to conquer one of  those oasis next to you then you would  find this troop strength statistics very useful. They are not like those travian oasis defenders. These are lot harder to beat. The attack and defense parameters are shocking.

Take a look at this graphical chart of nature troops in oasis. This should help you calculate how large an army you would need to clear the oasis. Notice the 5th column. When you see a particular unit in your oasis you need N times troops than those of the kind. Col 5 gives you that  N value.

I have been an expert at oasis raiding in Travian. But this is a lot more difficult in The Three Kingdoms. This game is a chine version of  travian and ebony rolled into one. Pretty kool  I feel except for the Chinese names. They all sound so similar that I loose track of who is who and what is where in the factions.

How to conquer an Oasis in Three Kingdom?

You need these following things to qualify as an oasis conqueror.
1.  At least one Hero
2. Career Center at level 10
3. A target oasis within your 7×7 squares area.
So using the chart above calculate how many troops will be needed to clear the oasis successfully. I recommend at least 1:3 troops ratio for a successful raid. Where your troops are a mixed force of infantry, cavalry and archers.

Once you have the troops ready plunder the oasis with along with your hero. Messengers wont work. Once the defenders are cleared the oasis will fall into your hands. In case you are attacking an oasis already owned by another player then you will need to attack with hero in Destroy mode.
