Large Cardamom is also known as black cardamom, hill cardamom, greater cardamom, Indian cardamom, Nepal cardamom, winged cardamom, big cardamom, or brown cardamom. It has separate smoky fragrance and flavour, this spice is rarely used in cuisines or in sweet dishes. In medicinal applications, it is used to treat stomach ailments, dental problems and common infections. In traditional Chinese medicine, this spice is used to treat malaria.
